TRACKING & DELIVERY

How do I track my shipment?

Upon checkout a link and tracking number will be sent to the email provided. Please verify that this email is correct before checkout. Please allow up to 48hrs for shipping confirmation email with tracking number to appear.

My order has not arrived, who do I contact?

Shipment is only shipped on business days and non-holidays. Please expect a delay over holidays and weekends. Otherwise, please contact your courier.

I made a mistake in my address, what do I do?

Please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order. We will try our best to correct any errors to the best of our abilities.

Duties and other fees?

All Canadian orders do not pay for duties as our items are shipped directly from Japan to our facility. All duties and fees are paid Tokyo muse inc in advance. Rest assured, there will be no unexpected fees at your door.

How do I get free shipping?

Once $69 or above is added into your cart, free shipping will automatically be added.

What are your expected shipping times?

As our facility is based in Edmonton, Alberta shipping times may vary from province to province. Below we have listed the expected shipping times.

AB:

Standard: 1-2 Business Days (major areas)

MB, BC, and SK:

Standard: 3-5 Business Days

Express: 1-3 Express Days

NB, ON,PEI, NL, NS:

Standard: 4-6 Business Days

Express: 1-3 Express Days

What countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship within Canada.

The provinces we ship to are AB, ON, BC, MB, SK, PEI, NS, NB and NL

Unfortunately, we do not ship to Quebec, Nunavut, Yukon or the Northwest Territories.
