Thank you for shopping with us. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Photo proof of the damage or incorrect item may be required.
  • We will offer a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.

2. Unopened & Unused Items

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In original packaging and condition

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used beauty products.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Items returned after 7 days Items that cause an allergic reaction or adverse side effects, it is the customers responsibility to carefully look through ingredients. A patch test is recommended when trying new products.
  • Shipping fees (original shipping charges are non-refundable), all shipping and handling fees will not be included in the refund.
  • All sale items are final sale, including items during promotions or items discounted with promo codes
  • Items claimed as stolen are not eligible for refund, please contact your courier.

Return Process

Email us at info@tokyomuse.com with your order number and reason for return.

  1. Wait for return approval and instructions.
  2. Ship the item back within the approved timeframe. We recommend shipping as a tracked package as items lost by couriers can not be returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. In the instance of an order being damaged or incorrect please contact us immediately.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. If returned items are found to be open or with the seal broken a refund will not be issued. If you would like these items returned, shipping and handling will be charged before sending.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 
  • For credit card payments, please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Please note there are no adjustments on previously purchased items nor do we offer exchange services.
